My Vegas

On this page, I will be telling you about interesting places and shows here in Las Vegas that I visited, or I am going to visit.

                                   What happens in Vegas......
The Roller Coaster at NY-NY.

The most exciting rollercoaster ride I have been on was at The New York New York Hotel and Casino. It was a much more intense experience then that of the Adventuredome. The rollercoaster changes a height of 200 feet. Top speed on this rollercoaster is 67 mph. If you like fast, intense roller coasters that give you a feeling of “Get me off!” at the beginning and a “let’s do that again!” feeling, when you get off, then this rollercoaster is for you!!! You can even “tie the knot” on the rollercoaster! Unfortunately, I don’t know how a wedding will work, since I didn’t try getting married on the rollercoaster. It would be a very memorable experience for the bride and groom. The biggest downside and the only downside to this attraction is the price. An individual ride is $14. An all-day pass costs $25 and includes $2 off of a 5x7 photo. A “Family Fun Flight for Four” costs $60 and includes 4 individual ride tickets and 2 5x7 close-up photos. But it’s so much worth it!

The Fountains of Bellagio

This week, I am taking you to The Fountains of Bellagio. I picked this destination for our weekly field trip because it is not only an attraction, but a very romantic place to be around Valentine’s Day. This Las Vegas show of water, music and light is very exhilarating, fun and surprising.
The song playing is always changing and the best part of the attraction is that it is absolutely free. The show is beautiful and will take your breath away.It runs every 30 minutes and after 8 pm is every 15 minutes. Each presentation is unique. This is the best place around Valentine’s Day to make a proposal.
Enjoy the video I made for you!Video

CSI at the MGM Grand Las Vegas

This is unlike any other attraction in Las Vegas!
Play the role of a crime scene investigator in this exciting interactive challenge. There will be 3 murders, 15 lab stations, 15 suspects, 3 killers. The attraction is based on the hit TV show, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Las Vegas.
You enter a crime scene and you look around; make observations and collect the information, the evidence that will help you solve the case. As you process the clues and collect data, you will soon realize that not everything is as obvious as you would like it to be.
Examine bullet casings, match DNA to potential suspects, and identify the source of a single strand of hair as you complete the investigation process. Find the killer and receive your official CSI: Diploma!
The crime scene is so realistic! The average duration is about an hour. The tickets are affordable compare to other Las Vegas shows price at $20-30.
I love the opening theme song of the show  CSI Las Vegas

M&M World

This week, we are going to M&M Wonderland located in the Showcase Mall next to MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. This is one of the best places in Las Vegas to take your family and kids. The M&M world has four floors of chocolate heaven. The first two have gift shops and M&M clothing. On the third floor, there is a 3D movie theater for your entertainment. You will learn a lot about candy and M&M making. My favorite place turned out to be on the fourth flour (The Rainbow Wall). It has every M&M flavor available. Mix and match for the price of $13 per pound. You can use them as ingredients for delicious deserts and recipes or just snack on the scrumptious treats! Take a picture with and an M&M character on the way out for a priceless memory. I got chance to try new and different flavors of America’s favorite chocolate. Everyone would enjoy fun and exiting time inside M&M World.
